Through this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, we want to explain how we collect, use, store, and share that information when you use our services, as well as the ways we provide for you to access, update, control, and protect it. This policy is closely related to the Funky Glasses services you use, so please read it carefully and, where appropriate, follow its guidance to make the choices you feel are right for you. We try to describe any technical terms used here in plain language, and to link to further explanations where helpful.
By using or continuing to use our services, you agree that we may collect, use, store, and share information about you in accordance with this User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions about this policy or related matters, please contact us at [email protected].
When we provide our services, we may collect, store, and use the following information about you. If you choose not to provide certain information, you may not be able to register as a user or take advantage of some of our services, or the services may not work as intended.

Information we obtain about you: When you use our services, we may collect the following:
Log information — technical information that our systems may automatically collect through cookies, web beacons, or similar methods when you use our services, including:
Location information — when you enable location services on your device and use our location-based features, we collect information about your location, including:
We may use the information collected while providing our services for the following purposes:
To give you a better experience, improve our services, or with your consent for other purposes, we may — subject to applicable laws — use information collected through one of our services, in aggregated or personalized form, in our other services. For example, information collected when you use one service may be used in another service to deliver specific content to you or to show you information that is relevant to you rather than general broadcasts. Where the relevant service offers an option, you can also authorize us to use the information stored in that service in our other services.
We will, by all reasonable means, take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can access, update, and correct your registration information and other personal information provided through our services. When you access, update, correct, or delete the foregoing information, we may ask you to verify your identity in order to protect the security of your account.
Except in the following circumstances, we and our affiliates will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent. When you use our services, we may use your information to send emails, news, or push notifications to your device. If you do not wish to receive these, you can unsubscribe on your device by following the relevant instructions.
We and our affiliates may share your personal information with our affiliates, partners, and third-party service providers, contractors, and agents (such as messaging service providers that send emails or push notifications on our behalf, or map service providers that supply location data) — who may be located outside your jurisdiction — for the following purposes:
If we or our affiliates share your personal information with any of the above third parties, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that they use your personal information in compliance with this User Agreement and Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures that we require of them.
We or our affiliates may also retain, preserve, or disclose your personal information when necessary to:
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and within the time limits required by applicable laws and regulations.
We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of information. For some services, for example, we use encryption (such as SSL) to protect the personal information you provide. Please understand, however, that due to technical limitations and the various malicious means that exist, it is not always possible to guarantee one hundred percent information security on the internet, no matter how much we work to strengthen our safeguards. You should also be aware that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may experience problems caused by factors outside our control.
Many of our services let you share information not only with your own social network but also publicly with all users of the service. For example, information you upload or post through our services (including any personal information you choose to make public and lists you create), reactions you make to information uploaded or posted by others, and location data and log information related to such information. Other users of our services may also share information about you, including location data and log information. In particular, our social media services are designed to enable you to share information with people around the world in real time, broadly. As long as you do not delete the shared information, it will remain in the public domain; even after you delete it, the information may still be independently cached, copied, or stored by other users or by unaffiliated third parties beyond our control, or otherwise preserved in the public domain by them.
We therefore encourage you to think carefully about the content you upload, post, and communicate through our services. In some cases, you can control who is allowed to view your shared information through the privacy settings of specific services. If you want to remove related information from our services, please follow the procedures described in the terms of the specific service.
Certain personal information may be considered sensitive because of its nature — for example, your race, religion, personal health, and medical information. Sensitive personal information is afforded a higher level of protection than other personal information.
Please note that content and information you provide, upload, or post while using our services (for example, photos showing your social activities) may reveal sensitive personal information about you. You should think carefully about whether to disclose any sensitive personal information when using our services.
You agree that your sensitive personal information may be processed for the purposes and in the manner described in this User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
We and our third-party partners may collect and use your information through cookies and web beacons, and store that information as log information.
We use our own cookies and web beacons to provide you with a more personalized user experience and service, including for the following purposes:
When we use cookies and web beacons for these purposes, we may also provide the non-personally identifiable information collected through them, after statistical processing, to advertisers or other partners to analyze how users use our services, and for advertising purposes.
Our products and services may contain cookies and web beacons placed by advertisers or other partners. Such cookies and web beacons may collect non-personally identifiable information about you in order to analyze how users use the relevant services, to send you advertising you may be interested in, or to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising services. The collection and use of information by such third-party cookies and web beacons is not governed by this User Agreement and Privacy Policy but by the relevant third party's own user agreement and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for such third-party cookies or web beacons.
You can refuse or manage cookies and web beacons through your browser settings. Please note, however, that if you disable cookies or web beacons you may not be able to enjoy the best service experience, and some services may not function properly. You will still receive the same volume of advertising, but it will be less relevant to you.
We may use information about you to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you.
We may also use your information to send marketing messages through our services, by email, or by other means, in order to offer or promote the following goods and services, whether from us or from third parties:
If you do not wish us to use your personal information for the advertising purposes described above, you can ask us to stop using your personal information for those purposes by following the relevant instructions provided in the advertisement or the guidance provided in the specific service.
Emails and push notifications
When you use our services, we may use your information to send emails, news, or push notifications to your device. If you do not wish to receive these, you can unsubscribe on your device by following the instructions we provide.
Service-related announcements
We may also send you service-related announcements when necessary — for example, when we have to suspend a service for system maintenance. You may not be able to opt out of these service-related announcements, as they are not promotional in nature.
Our services may include or link to social media or other services (including websites) provided by third parties. For example:
Such third-party social media or other services may be operated by the relevant third party or by us. Your use of such third-party social media services or other services (including any personal information you provide to those third parties) is governed by the terms of service and user agreement and privacy policy of that third party (and not by our General Terms of Service or this User Agreement and Privacy Policy), and you should read those terms carefully. This User Agreement and Privacy Policy applies only to information that we collect, and not to any services provided by third parties or the rules of any third party for using such information. We are not responsible for any third party's use of information you have provided.
We encourage parents or guardians to guide minors under the age of eighteen in their use of our services. We recommend that minors encourage their parents or guardians to read this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and we recommend that minors seek the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian before submitting any personal information.
Except for certain specific services, all of our services — including the apps iPixel Color, iDotMatrix, iDeal Led, and other apps published through our company-owned app marketplace accounts — are subject to this User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Specific services will be subject to specific user agreements and privacy policies. Specific user agreements and privacy policies for those services will describe in greater detail how we use your information in those services. The user agreement and privacy policy of a specific service forms part of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Where the user agreement and privacy policy of a specific service is inconsistent with this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, the user agreement and privacy policy of that specific service prevails.
Please note that this User Agreement and Privacy Policy does not apply to:
We may revise the terms of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy from time to time, and any such revisions form part of this policy. If any such revision would materially reduce your rights under this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, we will, before the revision takes effect, notify you by prominent notice on our homepage, by email, or by other means. In that case, if you continue to use our services, this means you agree to be bound by the revised User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
